I want to put control arms on my i-beam ranger. How hard is to install them and is there a particular kind of control arms that I need to do this? And if anyone has any suggestions about the ups and downs about this please let me know.

What size wheels and tires do you plan on running? If you can cut and weld its not that bad just more negatice camber with the bigger the wheel you go. You can do up to 20s without modifing the DJM beams and not notching the crossmember and the frame. But 18s are pretty much the limit before you have to notch the frame for the ibeams.

You will have to notch for the tie rods either way, and the most on the passanger side.
