Made the move!

well it took a lot of full throtle and patience but i made the mvoe from va to ga. got in on wednesday night and just got internet today!!! still dial up but i get my dsl back on this coming wed. my truck has a garage now and my kid has a back yard. its all good! im in kingsland ga now which is like 30 minutes from jackxonville,fl. im just glad the move is over. you never know how much the badger you have till you move

i have some friends of mine that live in that part of Virginia you lived in...well they are in the VA Beach/Chesapeake area.

so how long did it take you to drive to Georgia?

thanks guys and thanks for your gracious welcome to the peach state james! took me about 9 1/2 hours in the uhaul. i had that thing packed to the gills! i literally could not have fit one more thing in that truck. my truck and bike are still in va i have to go back up on sunday adn stick around a few weeks till i get my discharge from the navy. should be an interesting ride home. im thinking of putting my hitch back on and getting my roll pan fitted for it. anyone know anything about that?

im right on the st.marys river/swamp and the heat makes south florida feel cool! its ungodly hot!

I dont know why they call it the peach state (i really do!) but it ought to be called the hell state. I have lived alot of places, even in Florida and I will tell you with the Ga humidity it is hotter than the depths of hell. Or maybe it should be called "welcome to the sweat your wanus off state" "hope you become dehidrated on you visit here" !!!

Honestly its about the same in both Florida and Georgia. Its hot as hell either way you go. Trust me!! haha But yeah man hope you like it.
