It's a nice size for a starter bike. I'm a little nervous starting on an 1100, but I'm taking the MSF course before I even fire her up. I'm also going to be spending about $600 in gear in the next couple of weeks.

i dig the crotch rockets! i just cant have one! im an wanus and know myself far too well to get one of those. i wanted a a triumph daytona 675. all black but way to expensive for and toooooo fast. i got a cruiser cuz all my buddies have cruisers and i feel a little safer on one. cant wait to see the busa pics!

HAHA Me either. Been debating on what to buy. And since they changed things up on the 97 GSX-R 1000 a lot of accessories wont be available for a while and it will cost a lot. Well lets just say the 1000 costs more up front then the accessories will cost more also. I started out in highschool riding my lil 250 enduro (dont laugh). Then upgraded to my old GSX-R 600 and wrecked it riding a wheelie on the interstate and hittin a reflector. So basically thats why the accessories are very important to me cause my wheelie days are over. Its gettin lowered and stretched before it even has 20 miles on it!! My good friend owns a bike shop here in Florida, Sport-n-Chrome so if you guys are ever down this way look us all up and come hang out.

yeah where in florida. i got to west palm fairly often and orlando too. i love a stretched gsxr. my neighbor has a stretched 750 looks so mean!

Live up in the northwest part. Pensacola or Panama City area I guess you could say. And one of the guys that hangs out/works there at the shop has an R6 that he just molded up one headlight and put a few gauge pods in above the air ducts. Ive got tons of pictures of different bikes just too ignorant to take the time and figure out how to post them. haha
