Rx-7 IRS, I have this site bookmarked, always clicked on it to find if it was back. Low and behold it worked this last time! I will have some new pics pretty soon.

A small update, the radiator is soon to be done, also the front bumper(will have pics of that soon enough). So here are some pics of the firewall progress, cleaning it up.
Before and after, you can see in the old pics in the thread how far it has come too.

Looking good! I love the fiberglass work. Foam is awesome, I always used a wire skeleton until these sculptors showed me how nice working with foam is.

Is that foam resin proof? And where did you get it? We used the regular white foam on my sculpture job, we had to coat it with glue to protect it from the resin

Gotcha, so the resin didn't eat it, or did you coat it with something?

Mate! I am from australia I have just spent the last hour reading this entire thread on your buildup and I am in love. I reckon it looks absolutely mad. Despite being unfinished. Your motor conversion looks so neat. and the way they built those control arms for you. Absolutely slick. So yeah you have Aussie approval mate. I'm fairly sure what you guys call Rangers are called Couriers down here. And that's what I've been searching for over the past few months is a 2001 Ford Courier Dual Cab so I can build my first minitruck and still be able to go places with my mates :) Cruises and stuff. But at the moment I've just got my 1996 Subaru Liberty which I put a 2003 WRX motor into and I put full Koni Adjustables all around and I did it all on my driveway right here in W.A. :) Makes me so proud. Anyway mate. I CANNOT WAIT too see your finished product. it is absolutely mad.

Good luck mate & I'm watching,
Brockstar

Thanks for the great words to keep me motivated. I havent been on here in awhile because there was nothing going on but adds being placed in the forum section. Brockstar, I think I need a place to watch your projects. Sounds like your courier will be something to stare at for a bit.

The front end is really starting to come together, the exhaust manifold is done. After not seeing it in person for quite some time, I forget how impressive it really is.......posted a few here, the rest on SSM...

I have a lot of new pics (interior, front bumper, engine bay, intercooler piping), tough to load them all to one place.
