Bought mine about a year ago 400bucks after the 500bucks in rebates. Good Comp didn have any problems with it till I was going to wipe it clean restore it and give it to my sister.
The restore disk didnt work or something internal so I called customer service and not once was I on the phone more than a min before I was actually talking to a real person who spoke english and actually knew what the hell they were talking about.
I was impressed with that and my warrenty was out of date by a few weeks but they understood, sent me another restore dvd, didnt work either so they finally shipped me a box to send it back to them on there money. I dropped the box off at Fedex on Sunday and Got it back today and it works great now.

So in my opinion Emachines makes decent cheap computers but the cust service is by far the greatest Iv ever had. Just letting yall know.

im givin mine to my dad cause he plays cribbage all the time and i bought a laptop but ilost y estore disk in the move and circuit city wants 60 bux to wipe everythign out without a disk that aint bad

good to here. i got a dell for xmas and the customer service is piss poor! i get sent to bangladesh evertime! good computer just horrid customer service.
