geezus man!! that frame is shot!! reminds me of my room mates Isuzu pickup he just bought. clean wanus truck but the frame is rotting away. makes me wonder how its stayed together this long. anywho, sounds like you got a good idea of what you wanna do. how are you gonna do your fuel system? gonna use stock gas tank for now and relocate it or are you just gonna go ahead and get a fuel cell? good luck with it bro!

im thinking of doing a SFBD...I have some friends coming over to pretty much do it for me (becuase im paying their hotel bill and gas money to ITB...lol). but im gonna talk to them if not ill have a shop do it later in the yrs. It would make sense to build a new frame to SF it since it is this far but ya.

have you taken any measurements to see how far off the frame is? It shouldn't be to hard to straighten it back out while adding your new crossmembers.

man, after looking at your frame's condition, I recommend doing a full rear clip..

..especially if you're doing a stock floor body drop.

we're doing a stock floor body drop on an old school Ranger right now that we put a 302 in and we did a full rear clip...it's turning out nicely so far! let me know if you need help...

..or you could bring us your truck and we'll do it for you! haha
