The cable for my hood latch rootin tootin snapped. Does anyone know how to get the hood open from the outside w/o breaking something?

Yeah do you know where it snapped? The cable is ran through your core support along side the driver side, close to he battery through the fire wall to the engine compartment. Since your going to have to replace the cable anyway before the snap cut the housing at a point where you have easy access, then pull the cable (not the housing) and it will open. If you have access to the latch it self you can pull that also good luck man that sucks!

Also I sell cable and housing by the foot if you want to make a replacement cable & housing :)

Thanks, I got lucky. I was able to get the sheathing off and grabbed the cable with some vice grips
