Help with Offset on wheels

I want to get 15x8 Cragar SS's for my ranger. I know stock ranger off set is +12mm, but i dont know if thats what i get for the cragars.

the cobras tuck on a ranger with 23mm offset...thats a 9inch wide wheel

i'd get a 23mm offset 8inch wide wheel , give or take.....more offset and the more it'll tuck in, less offset and the more it is pushed outwards (stick out)
