Im from right around that area. Bloomsburg to be exact. I just registered my truck over the summer, but my dad and I are good friends with the notary I went to. I went to a pretty cut throat garage in my area. He gave me some trouble with the inspection saying that any time you have a modded frame you need to get a r-title and all that jazz. He even called the notary service I went to, but like I said, I know the family pretty well. The mechanic also said that there are supposed to be more restrictions in place as of this year, but Im sure that if you go to the right garage and slip them a couple bucks, from what I have heard, most will slap ya on a sticker. THe garage I went to put the truck up on a lift and everything, and he said he didnt see anything that would make it fail and inspection, but as of now, I still have a clear title. Hope this helps ya out

i would def say to just find a place with some cool people that wont care about the suspension. i would suggest to keep it up when u take it in, at least it will look like a normal truck...
