shaved fender's

I have a 01' Ranger, and was looking for somewhere i could buy new fender's without the 3 hole's where the ranger xlt emblems' go. i found a place(site) before but cant find it for the life of me. Does anybody know of anywhere that sales them. Mine have been shaved but guy did a shitty job. would be cheaper to just replace them.

I hated my shitty shave job, sucks to have bumps, cant see it too much on white, but all the people into custom work see it

what's so shitty about them? Is it warped really bad? Sounds like all it might need is some more sanding.
