A sharp drill bit is all you need. A hardened bit is best.

i never had that front plate bracket on my splash... then when i repainted my bumper.. i decided to weld those holes shut which loos a lil better but then once i went to put the bumper billet grille in.. it was made to use those holes to mount so i had to modify it to fit... no biggie... it worked anyways... front license plates SUCK!!!

all i'm sayin is, i bought my truck from my dad, and it had bolts in it. i asked him if he put them in there and he said, "why the hell would i waste time doing that? sounds like something you'd do."

but i didn't do it.

well i got pulled over today for my aparent headlight mis-alignment and he also got me for tinted side windows, no front plate, and the trailer hitch ball needs to be removed because its blocking my rear plate. the officer made me get out the truck and pop the hood to see if i had any engine modifications. he even asked me if i did anything to my mas air flow sensor. I just looked at him and said whats that? prick. anyway i dont think i will be taking my plate off for a while now anyway. at leats until i get my ticket signed off.
