I have a 95 4.0 v-6 wiht 150k on it. it looks like the badger. it is rusty and dusty hoses are all worn..but it is ur typical daily driven old ranger. Any ideas How i can make it look presentable without spending thousands of dollars, dropping a new engine in it, and without taking it out of the truck?

you could do a tune up on the engine, as for the looks if you don't care if the paint is perfect take it to Maaco

i would take apart the top end. if your goin to have it painted, prep it your self and get someone to paint it(like maaco) cuz they dont prep worth a the badger.

Paint the heads, manifold, and cylinder head covers. You can also get aftermarket headers and even get your pulleys and brackets plated.
